A finely carved cane made from a single piece of hardwood. The cane has a crook handle carved in imitation of astag antler. Just below this is a carved 4" landscape with hunter, dog & mountain goat. Wonderful old polishedpatina. The top or butt of the imitation antler has carved initials "G.I." with a star. Appears to have never had aferrule. Probably German. Total length 35".Imitation antler butt has old shrinkage crack.(EST 500-700)
