Roosevelt” stationery to Linnea Calder at Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada. Eleanor writes, “...<i>Of course it was right to give Ted the money. I hope you will continue to write me occasionally and to send me the blueberries & cranberries every year. Do let me know too when you have quilts for sale.</i>..” Boldly signed. Accompanied by transmittal envelope with free frank signature, penning her full name “<i>Anna Eleanor Roosevelt.</i>” Campobello Island, located just off the northeast coast of Maine, was long the summer home of the Roosevelts and where Franklin caught polio in 1921.
