East India Company Period Postal Cover, Foreign Post, 1871, Concessional Rate, Victoria 8 Pies Stamp affixed, Type 9- Duplex Cancellation, dispatched from Bareilly to Nottingham, England via Southampton from Bombay on 13th March 71, Postmarks “BARRIELLY | MA 13 | 71” with cancellation seal type “51 (Bareilly)” number in Black, handwritten cancellation of date 13.3.71 on the stamp. Red ink seal “EX BOMBAY” in a circle with a date. Delivery seal “21 AP 71”, words ‘AP’ of seal appears invertedly Ԁ∀”. Dispatched under “Concessional Rate as the sender is Army Lieutenant Colonel, excellent condition, Rare.
