Postal Cover, 1869, East India Company Period, Foreign Post, Victoria 3 Stamps affixed of value 4 As (2) & 8 Pies, Type 9- Duplex Cancellations (2), dispatched to London via Marseilles (France) from Poona, having two cancellations in Black ink “POONA | OC 1 |69”, “EX BOMBAY” seal with date OC 2 69 in Red ink within a round circle, interestingly this cover has a seal of the birth date of the Mahatma Gandhi, excellent condition, Rare.

Note: It is an interesting offering that has a seal of 2nd October 1869, the day Mahatma Gandhi was born. Thus, it has the ability to fit in multiple philately collection themes.
