Interesting reading, "...Whereas first party [Ford] has been and is constructing a two barrelled subway under the railroad tracks of the Pere Marquette Railway Co...for the purpose of accomodating pedestrians going to and fro between the tracks of the Detroit United Railway Co...as part of the consideration of this conveyance, said second party hereby agrees to...grant said first party...the uses of its agents, servants...patrons and visitors a right of way across...said subways..."
