After breaking my hip a troublesome “heart condition” set in but at last I am gaining strength and can sit out of doors in the sun, though I do not like to drive as my heavy brace makes the motion of the car uncomfortable...It is better to live alone...My children come for visits, but generally I am quite by myself in this house so filled with happy memories...You know I am seventy five years old & my eldest son is a grandfather! 1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.
