EARLY SLANT LID DESK WITH INLAY. Refinished cherry with poplar secondary wood. French feet , shaped aprons, and a line of chevron inlay around the base. Four dovetailed drawers in the base have beaded edges and replaced oval brasses. Interior includes thirteen drawers (five are hidden) and ten pigeon holes. Dovetailed case with chamfered corners. Restorations with old alterations to the case. Lid is replaced. 44 1/2"w. 20 1/8"d. 46 1/2"h.
