ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 22LR. Ser. #194. Bbl. 24". Replacement bbl. marked behind front sight "SA" "flaming bomb" "5-42". Lyman 48 receiver sight w/ sm. knobs w/ flip-up aperture. Slide graduated to 125 points. Front sight has Standard Springfield fixed base. Moveable base has been replaced w/ Lyman No. 17A globe target front sight. Bright bolt marked on top of handle "NS" "M2" & "B2". Bolt head is marked "M2". No cocking piece. Unmarked walnut pistol grip stock w/ smooth trap buttplate. Milled bbl. band. Blue floorplate. Well worn Military Model 1907 sling. MAGS: 1 blue steel 5-rd. marked "M2". CONDITION: stock has very nice original finish w/ scattered sm. scratches & handling marks. Metal has lightly worn fading arsenal rework Parkerization likely done at time bbl. was replaced. Very good shiny bore w/ sharp rifling. (22-3471/RW) CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
