Cal. 38 Spcl. S# C467585. Bbl. 4" pinned. Ramped serrated blade front sight. Fixed rear sight. 6-shot cyl. Early no-dash Model 10 made in 1960. Rear sideplate screw is missing. Blued finish with case colored hammer & trigger. Checkered walnut diamond center target grips with silver S&W medallions. CONDITION: grips show a couple gouges, a couple chips & scattered handling marks. Trigger & hammer retain most of their case colors with some light oxidation & operational wear. Balance of metal retains 90% factory quality blue with some oxidation on trigger guard, some dings around one of the frame screws, scattered operational & edge wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Very good plus bright bore. (25-4093/MJC). CURIO. $400-600.
