Circa 1750 Early Japanese Imari Bulbulous Vase wired as a Table Lamp with three sockets. The vase is mounted in a European Ormolu of Very Fine Quality. The mountings was probably done in Paris, France. This combination make this one of the most unique antique lamps converted from a vase that is well over 200 ye3ars old.The height of the actual vase set in the ormolu base is 14".
The height to the very top of the white milk glass is 27 1/4". A shade is not included but I would imagine a shade set on top of the white milk glass would be proper. Inside of the white milk glass is a large wired socket. It would require a light bulb larger than 100 watts. This light is controlled by a separate switch than the
two side sockets that is controlled by a separate switch.
