SELF-LOADING 32 SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 32 ACP. S# 2724. Bbl. 3 1/2". Self-Loading 32 semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Harrington & Richardson. The left side of the slide is marked "H&R. SELF-LOADING/ CALIBER 32", followed by "SAFE", and the S#, with H&R's mfg. and patent information marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the trigger, which exhibits a nitre blue finish, as well as the trigger guard, which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece H&R checkered brown hard rubber grips. Fixed half-moon blade front sight, with fixed V-notch rear sight. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame (beneath left grip panel), slide, as well as the bbl. (underside). MAGS: 1 in-the-white 8-rd. CONDITION: very good, with metal components retaining the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some spots of light edge wear, scattered superficial handling marks, as well as scattered spots of light to mild surface oxidation present overall. Near mirror bore, exhibiting some light pitting, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips are very good, exhibiting some light smoothing and a few minor superficial marks from handling and storage, with the right grip exhibit a small repaired break on the bottom left edge of the butt that stems from the frame grip pin slot. Mag. body has been cleaned and is in-the-white, exhibiting scattered spots/areas of light to mild pitting. A very nice example of an early H&R Self-Loading 32 semi-automatic pistol. (25-2383/MLW).
