This early cane has an antler knob-like handle that is 3.75" high and is topped by a coin silver disc. A .5" nickelcollar attaches the handle to a malacca shaft. The cane has oval eyelets with coin silver surrounds. The 4" long brassand steel 2-piece ferrule suggests an early 19th century date for this cane. The finish on the shaft is somewhat wornand chipped. Overall length 34". A very early cane.Handle very worn & smoothed from handling/use(EST 600-800)
