EARLY 1900'S NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN QUILL BOX / BASKET W/ RED FLOWERS - Absolutely beautiful - Great Lakes Region - Box is birchbark w/ white porcupine quills. Lid is also fully quilled and features a floral pattern in red w/ green stems and leaves. All seems are lined with sweetgrass bounded in place w/ the customary black thread. The artist also used the natural brown shading of the quills to accent the red flowers. Approx. 4.25" diameter by 2" tall. Large for a quill box. Great, Great condition for it's age.

Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 48 Hours will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater.
