The Tarentum Glass Co. of Tarentum, PA made the Heart with Thumbprint pattern circa 1898. The pattern was originally known as Tarentum's Hartford. It is also known as Bull's Eye in Heart; Columbia; Columbian; and as Heart and Thumbprint. This Card Tray with upturned sides is 1-3/4" tall, 4-1/2" wide and 6-1/2" long. It was decorated with gold flash but most of that has worn off. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, flakes or cracks. It may have some bubbles and straw marks however.
