The Dandelion pattern is a beautiful pattern made by The Fostoria Glass Co. of Roundsville, WV circa 1911. The original name is Fostoria's #1819. The Dandelion name came from Bill Heacock back in the 1970's I believe. The pattern is also known as Bachelor Button and also as Cornflower. This creamer is 3" tall at the spout, 3-1/4" in diameter plus the pressed handle and the spout and the bottom foot ring is 2-1/4" in diameter. The bottom foot ring was ground and polished at the time of manufacture and shows a good deal of wear. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks.
