<td width="100%">
This is a beautiful and large cranberry opalescent bowl with a reverse swirl pattern. I suspect that this pieces was made by Northwood Glass Co. but have not confirmed it as yet. Other companies have made beautiful cranberry glass as well, such as Fenton. The swirl loop pattern of the glass goes to the left, while the white opal stripes go to the right. There is a pinch of glass in the bottom of the inside in two places as shown in the photos. The overall width of the bowl is 9" at the widest. It is 8" at the rim, 7-1/4" at the bottom ring and 3-1/4" deep. The rim is a bit rough in places whwere a lid once was set, but there are no other chips, flakes or cracks.
