E. Whitney two trigger pocket percussion brass framed revolver, .32 cal., 6” octagon barrel, wood grips, #X42. This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing an even brown patina to the barrel and cylinder with a pleasing taffy colored patina to the brass frame, very good bore, majority of floral cylinder scene remaining, good wood grips, action is not rotating cylinder and is in need of work. Approx. 650 total made of this model between 1852 and 1854 and this one is accompanied by a period flap holster that is worn but of the period. Est.: $800-$1,600.
