This cover drawing is based on the Carl Barks story "The Golden Fleecing," which originally appeared in <B>Uncle Scrooge</B></I> #12, in 1955. It was printed as part of Western Publishing's <B>Dynabrite</B></I> series, which reprinted classic Disney comics on white Baxter paper, in brightly hued inks. Finding a Barks original of this scene may never happen, but this sweet recreation isn't a bad substitute! The art is in ink and blue pencil on bristol board measuring 13" x 18.5".
