<B>Dylan Thomas: </B></I><B><I>A Child’s Christmas in Wales</B></I></B></I> (New York: James Laughlin, 1954), 32 pages, bound in beige paper with red and black lettering, 12mo (5.25” x 7.5”), dust jacket (in protective sleeve). This famous children’s book was published posthumously following the untimely November 9, 1953, death of the Welsh poet, playwright and short-story writer whose unfortunate addiction to alcohol eclipsed even his prodigious literary talent. The front endpaper includes the handwritten name of a previous owner. The book is in fine condition with slight yellowing of the covers and endpapers.
