Glossy 8 x 10 press photo of Eisenhower kicking a football while a member of the West Point football team in 1915. Two captions are affixed to the reverse, one reads, in part: “Our very rare and exclusive photograph shows him in the act of a practice kick-off…Symbolic of his West Point career, Eisenhower will kick-off again when Hitler’s European fortress is invaded.” In very good condition, with light overall creases and surface marks, aforementioned captions on reverse, as well as several stamps and cropping notations.
