<B>Dwight D. Eisenhower Signed & Free Franked Envelope.</B></I> 8" x 3.5", Washington D.C., June 29, 1943. The letter is postmarked from New York and mailed to Mrs. Eisenhower in Washington, D.C. The envelope is marked "Free" from the Grand Central Annex and signed as being censored by "<I>Dwight D. Eisenhower</B></I>", General, U.S. Army. The envelope is stamped "Passed by Examiner Base 2134 Army" in purple. Very fine condition.
