<B>Dutchman/Tonite Let's All Make Love in London Combo (Continental Distributing Inc., 1967).</B></I> British Quad (30" X 40"). Julie Christie, Mick Jagger, Andrew Lloyd Oldham, Eric Burdon, Michael Caine, Allen Ginsberg, David Hockney, and Vanessa Redgrave are just some of the celebrities featured in this rare documentary directed by Peter Whitehead which chronicles the swinging London of the 1960s at its apex. This linocut poster by Peter Strausfeld, with the psychedelic swirling image of the young woman in miniskirt, has to be one of the definitive Swinging 60s film posters. The posters have became a London landmark; in fact very few were used outside of London, resulting in very small print runs of 300-500. Almost all of them were posted in the London underground, hence very few copies of any Strausfeld survive today. The poster has only a few pin holes with stains on the top border. It was rolled before being mounted on linen and professionally restored.
