Original handbill for a one-week concert series performed by "Duke Ellington and His All Star Band" at Harlem's Apollo Theatre beginning on February 20, 1953, 5.5 x 8.5, four pages on two adjoining sheets, with front showing images of Ellington and supporting musicians Pearl Bailey, Bill Bailey, and Louis Belson. The handbill also promotes upcoming performances by Wynonie Harris, Larry Darnell, Red Saunders, Billy Ward and His Dominoes, The Orioles, and Paul Williams. In fine condition.
