Very good. The brass components have an aged patina. The metal surfaces have a mottled gray patina with some minor pitting on the pan and frizzen. The stock has had a coat of varnish applied some time ago and about 50% remains. The stock shows a few minor cracks at the forend and in the lock area, a chip at the front of the lock and a few scattered minor dings and dents. The rear stock pin doesn't fit tightly into the slot. The stock remains solid. All markings are crisp and clear. The action is fine.
