Get your Christmas shopping done early!! Sale includes vintage items, antiques, Christmas decorations, records and so much more.

Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday November 21, 2021. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns.

Local pickup is available in Spruce Grove- address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice. No shipping of fragile items.

-Items must be picked up on November 23rd or 24th from 12pm-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids, immediately after the auction closes.

Buyer's premium 15% plus GST
