White matchbook, measuring 3.25 x 1.5 opened, signed across the covers in fountain pen by MacArthur. Creatively double matted and framed with a portrait of MacArthur, a name plaque, five-star cluster, and a page from the March 29, 1942 Los Angeles Times with sheet music to “Carry On For General MacArthur,” to an overall size of 24.5 x 30.5. In fine condition, with a couple light vertical creases, lightly affecting a couple letters of signature. Oversized.
