<B>Doris Ulmann Signed Platinum Print of Paul Robeson.</B></I> Though known primarily as a photographer who specialized in documenting the rural south, Ulmann had a real love for portrait photography. The famous people who sat in her Park Avenue studio included William Butler Yeats, Albert Einstein, Sinclair Lewis, Martha Graham, Lillian Gish, and the present subject Paul Robeson. This platinum print of 6" x 8" captures the personality of the young actor and singer magnificently. Mounted to an 11" x 14" board, it is signed in pencil by Ulmann just beneath the print.
