Signed and inscribed throughout the book in ballpoint by 27 members of the Raiders (the majority signing on the opening pages), including: Jimmy Doolittle, George Barr (2), Robert C. Bourgeois, William M. Bower, Horace Ellis ‘Sally’ Crouch, Dean Davenport, Jacob Daniel DeShazer, Robert G. Emmens, John A. Hilger, Robert L. Hite, Everett W. ‘Brick’ Holstrom, Edwin Weston Horton, Jr., Travis Hoover, David M. Jones (2), Bert Mervin Jordan, Richard Outcalt Joyce, Frank Albert Kappeler, Richard A. ‘Knobby’ Knobloch, Charles L. McClure, Harry C. McCool, Chase Jay Nielsen, David William Pohl, William Roy Pound, Jr., Douglas V. Radney, Jack A. Sims, David J. Thatcher, and Carl Richard Wildner. Also signed by honorary Raiders Tung Sheng Liu and Rear Admiral H. L. Miller, as well as the author Carroll V. Glines. Many are inscribed to Dick Pittinger, a rear admiral of the United States Navy. In fine condition. Accompanied by an ALS signed “J. Doolittle,” on a postcard addressed to the Pittingers, a 1967 Christmas card from the Doolittles to the same family, and a guest ribbon issued to Pittinger to attend the Tokyo Raiders 26th Anniversary ceremony.
