King Features Syndicate apparently had these portfolios on hand to send to parties interested in the <I>Donald Duck </B></I>comic strip. Includes a hand-typed letter from King Features Syndicate sales manager, Frank J. Nicht. The blue card stock portfolio cover measures 9" x 12" and has edge wear and paper tanning; otherwise its condition is Good.
