Don't Say A Word Casket Crane Movie Props
From Don't Say A Word (2001), this is a miniature version of a casket crane used in the exciting climax of this taught psychological thriller. The crane is used by the film's hero Michael Douglas to bury villain Sean Bean in a mass grave. Insert photography of the miniature crane was used to drop timbers into a miniature grave and start a chain reaction of collapsing dirt and debris. The Crane is made from wood, MDF, and plastic and featured a cable trip to open the jaws. Made precisely to match the full size crane to allow intercutting between the live action prop and this miniature. 58" tall x 36" long. 1:3 ratio. This incredible, handmade miniature is from the celebrated collection of Academy Award winning New Deal Studios. New Deal Studios is a 21st Century Media Studio, unlike any in the world.
