DS, thirteen pages, 8.5 x 11, March 23, 1979. Contract between Don King Productions and Scott LeDoux, in which the latter agrees to participate in a 10-round boxing bout with Ken Norton "provided that Norton shall be the winner of his bout against Earnie Shavers on March 23, 1979, or if Norton shall not be the winner of such bout, against Ron Lyle." Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by both King and LeDoux, both of whom also add their initials to each of the preceding 12 pages. In fine condition, with some stains to the first page. In Las Vegas on May 12, 1979, LeDoux lost a split decision to Lyle, and three months later he boxed to a draw with Norton at the Met Center in Bloomington, Minnesota.
