Don Jo is a contemporary American sculptor renowned for his distinctive copper-filled artworks. Born in Chicago in 1949 and raised in Southern California, Jo was introduced to sculpture at the age of eleven. He supported himself through school by selling his bronze works at weekend art shows. In 1987, he began to focus exclusively on sculpting, with a strong emphasis on marine life. His copper-filled sculptures often depict marine animals like dolphins and sea turtles, capturing their grace and beauty with intricate detail. These pieces are celebrated for their lifelike representation and the unique interplay of copper tones, making them highly sought after by collectors.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
