Dodge City (Warner Brothers, 1938). Lobby Card (11" X 14"). "What's the news from Dodge? -- Just about the same as always. Gambling, drinking, and killing. Mostly killing." Errol Flynn traded in his swashbuckling gear for a cowboy hat and pair of boots to star in this classic Western. Michael Curtiz directed this rowdy epic as only he could; loaded with fist-fights, stampedes, and gun-slinging train robberies. Errol Flynn shines along with his pals, Frank McHugh, Alan Hale, and Guinn "Big Boy" Williams. Flynn's love interest was played by his frequent and popular leading lady, Olivia de Havilland. This wonderful portrait card has pinholes, some wrinkling in the corners that extends into the image area, and the light toning that is to be expected from Warner Brothers linen stock. Flynn and de Havilland were never more beautiful. Very Fine-.
