<B>Black Americana Cotton Picker Doll.</B></I> The head is fashioned from a painted pecan with applied cotton in "Uncle Mose" style. It is dressed in denim overalls and a patterned shirt. A large canvass bag filled with cotton is slung over the shoulder. The doll, that stands 9.5" tall, is mounted on a wood base. The underside of the base is marked, "'Dixie Darkies', Lyon and Co., Holly Springs, Miss".
