Neil was known as “The Duck Man,” as he was the primary artist for Donald Duck. He headed the animation team that won an Academy Award for Der Furher’s Face (1942), a wartime propaganda film featuring Donald Duck. Original signed felt tip sketch of Donald Duck on an off-white 8 x 11 sheet, signed at the bottom, “Donald Duck, Milt Neil.” In fine condition, with some scattered light creases and soiling.
