Agreement between Tiomkin and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Corp., to “render your services for us in composing and writing the music and lyrics for all musical compositions which we may require for twelve (12) ballets to be furnished to us by Madame Albertina Rasch.” Nicely signed in black fountain pen on the last page, “Dimitri Tiomkin.” In fine condition, with a small area missing from the top left corner of each page.
