Measuring 18" x 13 1/2", the cover of this 28-page, black-and-white, tabloid-sized publication features a comic-art montage cover by Tracy's creator Chester Gould. The profusely illustrated (art and photos) interior features were designed to help market the <B>Dick Tracy</B></I> serial and include listings of merchandising tie-ins, reproductions of posters for each of the "trigger-fast episodes," and ad flats, plus promotional articles like "Local Angles for Cracking Newspaper Space in Your Town" and "5 Ace Ideas for Radio Exploitation."
