ALS, one page both sides, 4.75 x 4, family coat of arms letterhead, no date, but presumably October of 1988. Letter to her friend Janet forwarding two opera tickets. In full: “Enclosed are two tickets for the opera on Monday at Covent Garden. Please say that you can go as it would make me very happy…if that night’s free for you!” A few light creases, and a bit of light soiling and ink transfer from printing on tickets, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by the two tickets to Falstaff at the Royal Opera House mentioned in the letter, as well as a ticket for the 1988 Woman of the Year Luncheon held on October 24, 1988.
