Signed book: HRH The Price of Wales Watercolours. First edition. Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1991. Hardcover with dustjacket, 11.5 x 9.5, 159 pages. Signed and inscribed on the half-title page, “For Tony—A very happy Xmas from Charles 1991,” with Diana signing in front of her husband, “Diana and.” In fine condition, with light irregular adhesion to Diana’s signature, and some light creasing to top of dustjacket, with surface marks to back of dustjacket. Accompanied by a printed invitation to Mr. And Mrs. Tony Burrows to a luncheon at the Grocer’s Hall in London on December 19, 1985. Mr. Burrows and his wife were clearly close to the Royals—close enough to garner an invitation to a 1985 luncheon and, six years later, to receive “happy Xmas” greetings from Prince Charles and Princess Diana.
