This return of James Bond also meant the return of Sean Connery, after a brief and underappreciated turn by George Lazenby. The semi-seriousness of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" gives way to typical over-the-top silliness. Archnemesis Ernst Blofeld also returns with a plot for domination that involves diamond smuggling, world disarmament, gay hitmen and folk singer Jimmy Dean as a reclusive billionaire. The Bond girls are as scantily clad, pneumatic and slyly monikered as ever -- Jill St. John stars as "Tiffany Case" and Lana Wood (which itself sounds like a Bond name), plays "Plenty O'Toole." Wood almost drowned in the scene in which she falls into the pool, an accident that would foretell the drowning of her sister Natalie ten years later. This poster displays great, with almost no discernible marks and that colorful, pulpy James Bond art. Near Mint/Mint
