Delightful enamel floral decorations adorn this lovely gold trimmed green Depression Glass vanity set by Diamond Glass. It has a stoppered perfume bottle and a round covered and footed powder jar. Similar pieces are shown on pg 142 of Whitmyer - Bedroom & Bathroom Glassware of the Depression Years, and pg 181 of Dugan/Diamond The Story of Indiana, Pennsylvania, Glass by Heacock, Measell & Wiggins, as well as in a 1926-27 Montgomery Ward Winter Catalogue. The bottle, including its ground glass stopper measures 5 1/2" tall, while the powder jar with lid is 4 1/2" tall x 4 1/4" across. With the exception of moderate wear to the gold trim all four pieces are in excellent condition.
