Good. The barrel and magazine tube are bright and there is some minor pitting on the barrel and moderate pitting on the magazine tube. The remaining metal surfaces have a smooth mottled gray and brown patina. The wood is fair with numerous scattered gouges, dings and scratches, a small nail on the upper left side (purpose unknown), 8 notches cut into the underside of the forearm, a 1 inch crack on the upper left side of the wrist and a 2 inch absent splinter on the lower left edge of the wrist. The barrel caliber marking is partially rubbed off, otherwise the markings are clear. The action is fine.
