Manufactured in 1944. The barrel is stamped with a "W" and with a "W/P" in an oval proofmark. Standard front sight (L), unmarked second type barrel band, angled face slide (L, W, U, A and R), round bolt (W), milled adjustable rear sight (H in a shield), straight hammer (W), milled trigger housing (W), sear (W), unmodified magazine release (W), unmarked push button safety and recoil plat (W). Fitted with a deep groove two rivet walnut handguard (W and A) and a low wood walnut stock (W) with a crossed cannon cartouche on the right side. With a green web sling and a green canvas carrying case.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, 95% of the gray/green parkerized finish remains with some wear along the barrel, some high edge wear and scattered minor scratches. The wood is very fine as reoiled with dings, scratches and a few chips absent. Mechanically excellent. The magazine is absent.
