Desirable Philadelphia derringer by Slotter with J.P. Lower agent marking on the barrel of desirable small size near “peanut”. The derringer measures 5-1/4” overall with 1-3/4” barrel of approximately .44 caliber rifled.The lock and barrel show a dark patina with some light erosion and minor pitting. The marking are good and the stock is good with even wear to the checkering, small dings and minor imperfections. The action is good andgenerally good overall. J.P.
