Condition: Very fine. The barrel and magazine tube retain 95% original blue finish with wear on the muzzle end of both, thinning on the muzzle end of the barrel and some scattered minor spotting. The takedown ring has a smooth gray patina. The receiver retains 95% original blue finish with streaked flaking, high edge wear, and scattered minor spotting. The lever has strong original case colors in protected areas with the balance having a smooth gray and silver gray patina. The wood is very good with a series of small dings and dents on the right upper side of the stock, a narrow 1" gouge on the right wrist, a number of minor scratches on the upper right front of the forearm, some minor crazing of the oil finish on the stock, and overall a few minor dings and scratches. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
