Designs for Church Embroidery by A. R. Letterpress by Alethea Wiel. Very Good/NA. First Edition, London: Chapman & Hall, 1894. 4to in Black cloth hardcase with gilt titles on the spine. VERY SCARCE: 30 plates (some fold-out) with descriptions. Binding is about Fine. The contents are Very Good with lower page edges unfortunately a bit water stained else NF . *Also contains appx. 200 colored thread samples on the verso of the FC, these are actual colored threads wrapped in a band app. 1/2"x1/4" and mounted 15-16 to a row on slim cardboard backing. Uncommon and Scarce thus.
