V. Beresford for 100 shares, $1 per. Signed by J. T. Prince, asst. secretary, and Edwin D. Trenam, president. U/C. Vignettes: three images of miners working along the top border of the cert. Black border, gold under print and seal. 2) A second Deer Lodge certificate, No. 530. Issued on 29 September 1910 to W. V. Beresford for 1000 shares, $1 per. Signed by Ben Corwin, secretary, and J. J. Trenam, president. Stamped on front, "Treasury Stock". These stocks measure 10" x 5.5" . 3) The Colorado-Nevada Mining and Milling Company, incorporated under the laws of Nevada in 1906. Certificate No. 37, issued on 29 March 1907 to C. H. Duborg for 12,500 shares, $1 per. Signed by T. Jille Parlin, secretary, and J. N. [illegible], vice president. U/C.
