Size 9.11 x 14.1 feet, made of fine quality lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, incorporating a deeply detailed free flowing floral pattern on a rich red background; large star shaped centerpiece medallion; matching crowned corners and an intricately done floral border. A great contrast in colors, hand woven in Afghanistan. Note on hand made rugs: please consider that a small 3' x 5' rugs may take an experienced rug weaver several months to make. Medium size rugs typically 8' x 5' may take a weaver or two up to a year to complete.
