Manuscript DS, signed “Paine,” one page, 3.75 x 6.25, November 1769. Financial document pertaining to the case of “Israel Barney vs Charles Handy,” signed at the conclusion by Paine. Central horizontal and vertical fold and some scattered light toning, otherwise fine condition.
