Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania, the Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution (1734–1806). Partly-printed DS, signed “Robt Morris,” one page, 9 x 8, March 31, 1792. Stock certificate issued to William Henderson for one share of the Schuylkill and Susquehanna Navigation Company, signed at the bottom by Morris as the company’s president. Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered creases and wrinkles, a few edge chips, old tape to reverse, and a few spots, otherwise very good condition.
